If the product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us and we will provide you the details on how to return the item.

Exchanges

Please contact us first with your requirements and eligibility for exchange.

The original item should be sent back to us in original and unused condition to by post within 15 days of receipt of delivery.
On receiving the original item, Monolix will ship a replacement item of the same specifications or value to you. 
Exchanged item due to change of mind will be shipped out at additional postage charges. 

Refunds

With Monolix Ring Box, the chances of getting the answer "YES" to your proposal is much improved, but Monolix (HD Designlink) will not be refunding on items purchased based on unfortunate outcome of your proposal or change of mind or decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
